This  updated, remodeled house  is located on the hills of Beverly Hills. Walls were removed and rooms were reconfigured. This resulted in large open spaces which created a challenge for the potencial buyers to visualize the space.  Modiano design was called to do a PARTIAL staging for the property.

Living room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom and the pool area. The home was remodeled in a contemporary style but we were asked to bring some traditional and some elegant glamour into the staging style. Color was a key element to create focal points and a happy, cheerful feeling for the home.
