We had the pleasure to work with the same house remodeler the second time for this project. She is with refined taste and she likes soft tones feminine touches. The san Marino neighborhood is perfect for that style and we had the challenge to follow those deign choices with our staging. We had the pleasure to chat with the new home owner ( buyer )and she emphasized on how the staging influenced her to buy this property vs other properties in this area.
